职位概述

总部核心岗位,负责进口牛肉品类的补货管理与数据分析,通过优化库存水平,以及确保库存从源头到门店的高效流转,从而帮助分类关键业务指标的达成,如销售、毛利率,库存周转天数和损耗。通过报表自动化提升效率,并通过跨部门项目推动底层数据采集的自动化改造(如RFID技术应用)。

关键职责

1. 补货策略与库存管理

· 全链路补货管理:负责进口牛肉分类的补货策略制定,基于销售数据、库存情况及进口周期,精准预估消费需求,协调上游供应商及内部物流的追踪,合理分配货量。

· 库存健康度监控:对库存周转天数、缺货率、滞销风险等关键指标负责,通过精细化库存管理,在保障门店可售性的同时,控制生鲜损耗,达成品类损益目标。

· 跨部门协同:与品类采购、门店运营、物流等部门紧密合作,快速响应并解决供应链各环节的突发问题(如延迟到货、质量问题、门店异常需求等)。

2. 数据分析与报表自动化

· 指标体系优化:梳理并优化进口牛肉品类的库存监控指标体系,包括但不限于销售预测准确率、订单满足率、门店调拨效率等。

· 报表自动化开发:针对目前手工分析占比偏高的现状,利用ExcelSQL或其他BI工具(如TableauPower BI),设计并开发自动化的数据报表及可视化看板,为管理层及门店提供实时、准确的数据支持。

· 业务洞察与建议:定期对销售数据、促销效果、库存结构进行复盘分析,识别数据背后的业务机会与风险,输出可落地的优化建议。

3. 项目管理与流程优化

· 牵头底层数据治理项目:作为业务方代表,主动识别并定义当前数据流程的痛点(如门店手工提报的延迟、错误问题),牵头梳理新业务流程(如基于RFID技术的自动库存采集流程)。

· 推动跨部门项目落地:与IT、运营、门店等部门协作,将业务需求转化为系统开发需求,推动新流程的测试、上线与培训。确保技术手段(如RFID)能根源性解决手工数据问题,为未来数据分析奠定坚实基础。

· 优化标准化流程:总结项目经验,完善补货相关的标准操作流程与新政策,并负责向相关团队进行宣贯和培训。

任职资格

· 教育背景:本科及以上学历,供应链管理、统计学、数据科学、计算机、商业分析等相关专业优先。

· 工作经验

· 5年以上零售补货/供应链分析经验,有生鲜或进口品类经验优先

· 补货专业知识:熟悉零售补货逻辑、库存管理指标及生鲜/进口商品的特殊供应链流程。

· 逻辑思维:具备出色的结构化思维和清晰的思路,能透过数据表象洞察本质原因。

· 自驱力强,能在模糊环境中主动发现问题、推动解决

· 有主导或深度参与过跨部门流程优化/系统上线项目者优先

· 精通Excel高级功能(Power Query/VBA)及SQL,能独立完成报表自动化开发;熟悉Python/RBI工具者优先
