Job Description

职位目的:
对新建店与改造店冷冻系统的设计、购买与安装提供专家支持,确保冷冻设备的质量符合法规和食品安全运行的要求;设备购买的技术要求的准备;综合设备一次性购买价格、运行能耗、维修费用、运行可靠性等因素,寻求最佳性价比的设备,降低冷冻设备全生命周期的费用;优化设备配置,智能化运行、监测系统的设计,优化设备的管理流程,提升可视化的管理平台或系统,低碳运营,促进公司可持续性的发展。

工作职责
1.所有业态新建与改建项目的冷冻系统的设计及招标(30%)
-冷冻系统的设计,设计前走场;
-项目预算提报
-提供系统招标技术要求;合格供应商的评估;
-设备选型技术确定
-供应商投标技术符合性的评定,识别风险及控制点,为供应的选择提供依据;
-设备加工过程进度跟踪,项目变更单管理;
-设备性能优化与费用降低,设定材质标准,最佳性价比设备选择;
2.施工管理(35%)
-设备安装现场管理,设备试运行,设备验收,确保其施工质量和进度满足合同要求;
-确保施工进度满足项目整体进度要求
--确保设备的安装质量符合招标与合同规定要求;
-确保设备与安装材料的质量和品牌与合同或招标文件要求的一致
-施工现场的合规与安全管理,压力容器使用前证照取得
-供应商质保跟踪,提供服务评估反馈给到ISM

3.既有店的支持(20%)
-定期巡店评估冷冻系统及设备的可靠性,设备提升的建议。
-根据业务的发展,更新设备的标准。

4.可持续发展支持(10%)

-熟悉设备及配电施工要求及规范,对门店的用电及节能提供支持.


-定期评估设备及系统的能耗,对设备的更新提供支持


-以2040年碳中和为目标,环保致冷系统的开发;
-冷冻系统的低能耗项目的推进;
冷冻系统智能化提升,设备运行可视化与低能耗可视化提升;

5.闲置资产的再利用(5%)
关闭店与既有店闲置设备的再利用;
闲置台帐管理与周期性的回顾;



任职要求
-冷冻工程、电气工程、或机电工程专业等相关专业,本科以上学历

-较强的机电设备或冷冻冷藏、电气专业知识应用技能

-
5年以上商业冷系统相关的工作经验, 有商超冷冻系统设计、制造、安装、维修经验对商超冷冻设备行业有丰富的经验熟悉行业的现状及发展方向有机电安装施工现场管理经验;
-熟悉国内商超致冷设备一、二线品牌设备
-对致冷剂行业有较深的了解熟悉各种致冷剂的性能、特点
-  熟悉机电安装、暖通工程施工管理流程,施工安全管理要求。
-良好的英文读写能力
-良好的分析和解决问题能力
