Job Description

1、搭建用户体系,建立用户生命周期模型,分析用户分层,建立用户画像,制定运营策略及用户体验改善;
2、管理与建设CRM,分析用户行为,对用户数据进行标签、分类并深度挖掘,定期进行拉新、促活、留存的运营,评估效果并持续改进;
3、大供应商Co-marketing线上活动的策划与协调,充分利用供应商资源为平台带来流量和资源提升转化率,也为供应商带来曝光并转化销售,达到双赢效果;
4、对接协调内部市场部资源,为所负责业务带来流量和宣传资源;同时负责第三方平台的公域内容投放;
5、结合用户运营、活动运营与市场运营,搭建完整的顾客体验体系。

岗位要求
1、3年及以上互联网/电商/零售/线下商超的用户运营、用户增长或CRM相关工作经验;
2、良好的数据洞察、逻辑思维能力,能将各维度数据转化为产品价值;
3、了解数据挖掘基本原理,了解数据分析基本方法;熟悉线上、线下用户特点及诉求;
4、对消费者行为、消费者洞察、消费者营销有热情,愿意研究、创新;
5、理解力强、执行力强,能够快速适应变化并在变化中快速执行出好的结果;触觉敏锐,可提出前瞻性的用户体系规划及解决方案;
6、具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力,和项目管理与执行能力;
7、本科以上学历,硕士优先,英文佳优先。.
