Job Description

职位概述:

作为衔接纽带确保AM团队及跨部门高效协作,严格遵循项目管理进度、成本与质量标准,有效管理风险和问题,最终确保AM团队项目按时、合规、高质量地完成。

主要职责:

1、项目全流程管理:

  • 负责沃尔玛全国范围内的资产管理项目管理,提升资产管理报会质量,整合报告并获得公司批准。
  • 持续跟踪、监控、评估项目推进进程,并确保它们符合公司合规政策及流程。
  • 通过数据分析协助提升门店经营改善,包括成本节约、SOR执行等。协助团队制定年度项目计划,跟踪团队进展,定期审查门店损益与计划的对比情况,编制报告,并相应地遵循公司要求/指导。

2、流程优化与SOP管理:

·       主导AM项目流程的标准设计、流程优化、文档化及培训推广,建立SOP并维护清晰的项目沟通机制和报告体系(如周报、月报、里程碑报告、风险报告等)。

·       搭建并迭代资产管理低代码平台,实现资产管理线上全流程,提升项目效率。

·       组织并主持项目例会、协调会、关键决策会议等,确保信息畅通、行动项明确、问题及时解决。

·       定期组织部门团队业务分享、总结复盘及专业学习等活动,打造学习型组织。

3、跨部门协调与沟通:

·       改进现有流程,识别项目全流程中的风险,积极推动内外部门的沟通和共识,确保项目顺利推进。

任职要求:

1、教育背景:本科及以上学历,项目管理、工程管理、房地产管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。

2、工作经验:

·       年以上项目管理经验,具备零售行业商业地产项目全流程管理经验者优先。

·       有搭建项目流程管理系统平台的经验者优先。

3、专业知识与技能:

·       精通项目管理方法论

·       卓越的流程管理及数据分析能力,敏锐的业务Sense

·       协调与沟通能力:跨部门、跨层级沟通协调能力,能有效影响和推动各方达成目标

·       熟练的文档撰写能力:能编写清晰、准确、专业的流程文件、报告

·       严谨细致与责任心:对项目流程细节高度关注,工作严谨,责任心强。

·       熟练的办公软件技能:精通 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

4、语言能力:优秀的英语沟通能力(用于跨国沟通、阅读/撰写英文报告等)
