Job Description

工作职责:

1.Provide day-to-day confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Vice President in the processing and filing of confidential documents and certificates;

为副总裁提供日常保密的行政及秘书支持工作,对保密文件及证明进行处理及存档;

2. Arranges schedules and meetings; prepares background materials, reports, data for scheduled meetings and presentations.

安排日程和会议;为预定的会议及演讲准备背景材料、报告、数据;

3. Prioritize, process and do filtering for the SVP on large volumes of information.

为高级副总裁就大量信息进行优先判断、处理并做过滤;

4. Travel arrangement for SVP include but not limited to visa, international and domestical airlines, hotels, railway tickets, cars etc. ;

负责高级副总裁差旅安排,包括但不限于签证,国际、国内机票、火车、酒店、车辆等安排;

5. Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments or associates to follow up on matters initiated by management.

与相关部门或员工沟通和协调,跟进管理层发起的相关事宜;

6. Follows up on special projects assigned by management and assists in overseeing the project process, preparing progress reports.

跟进管理层指派的特别项目,协助监督项目的进程、准备进度报告。

7. Support and co-ordinate the internal and external work of other associates in the department;

支持和协调部门其他同事的内外部工作;

8. Support or be responsible for the organization and arrangement of all kinds of team building activities and large-scale conferences, such as outing, townhall, offsite, afternoon tea, etc.

支持或负责团队各类团建活动、大型会议的组织和安排;

9. Assist the SVP in managing and following up on departmental budgets and expenses.

10.Provide extensive written information including reports, memos, and other documents to the SVP.
