Job Description

  • ─ 根据年度盘点计划组织开展日常盘点审计准备工作,制定审计计划,确保盘点工作有序进行。
─ 编写大卖场/会员店用盘点培训资料,给区域及门店提供培训。
─ 快速响应营运标准的变化,及时修订盘点流程,在确保盘点独立性、准确性的前提下,使盘点准备工作更加高效。
─ 编写及修订盘点账面核算工作指引。
─ 独立领导第三方盘点公司和商场完成盘点工作,通过远程方式监督盘点公司实地盘点、店内同事预盘和盘点报告跟进。
─ 审核涉及库存的账面预提申请,与财务、采购、配送中心及美国支持团队等沟通跟进解决账面异常,确保账面库存准确,并在点数结束前完成账面核算及复核工作。
─ 独立、公正地解决各种突发问题,必要时直接和美国支持团队进行沟通,确保如期完成盘点并出具盘点报告。
─ 盘点过程中能敏锐发现大卖场/会员店存在的存货管理相关风险,并提供合理的改进建议。
─ 编写并发送盘点审计报告。
─ 解答内外部审计师现场审计的问题。
─ 协助高级经理完成存货盘点SOX。
