岗位职责
• 根据公司战略需求,协助城市评估、网络规划、行业及市场分析
• 负责上海&东区中部分区域的选址,包括:
o 勘察商圈和点址,积累并筛选备选项目
o 通过多渠道(政府、国企、开发商等)拓展及专业谈判,及时推进并获取优质项目
o 作为项目负责人,协调内部资源并获取各部门(设计、工程、财税、法务、合规等)支持
o 撰写地产开发项目建议书,实地推介、内部呈报以获得投资委员会审批
o 在上会条件范围内,为公司赢得最佳地产合同
• 开业筹备,与相关团队一起保证项目如期开业
• 全生命周期支持,包括关系维护、资产管理等
任职要求
• 本科或以上学历,经济类、管理类专业优先
• 8年以上相关工作经验,如定制类乙方开发、甲方投拓、房地产投资管理跨国企业相关部门等
• 积极主动,持续的自我内驱,以企业家精神,不断地追求卓越
• 善于独立学习,良好的分析判断、逻辑思维能力
• 具有项目管理和组织协调能力
• 较强的抗压能力,适应多线程、快节奏的工作方式
• 出色的中英文口头及书面沟通能力
• 熟练掌握MS Office Word, Excel和PowerPoint技能

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
