B2B高级产品经理
岗位职责:
1.负责沃尔玛B2B一站式工作台的产品规划、解决方案设计、架构治理,以及具体需求落地。组织跨团队协作,推进平台建设,持续产品迭代。
2.负责产品运营,包括产品培训、手册更新、线上运营等。对产品数据负责,基于数据分析和用户反馈持续迭代优化产品。
3.负责B2B项目的日常运作,协助产品负责人进行B2B平台中长期规划,参与公司行业化经营,持续优化B2B平台产品架构,适应业务发展,提升经营效率。
任职要求:
1.熟悉CRM、进销存、供应链、b2b电商,主导或参与过B2B平台的规划与设计,参与过多个中大型客户的项目实施和交付支持,在行业上(零售、快消、电商)有一定的积累沉淀。
2.有平台性业务应用产品策划和交付经验,熟悉B2B销售过程、售中交易管理,具有多研发团队协同共建的意识
3.大学本科及以上学历,对企业业务流程深入理解掌握,有很强的产品策划能力,出色的沟通能力和客户洞察力,挖掘客户的真实诉求并在复杂的环境下灵活分析和控制;
