Job Description

职位目的:
根据项目目标,负责各类型项目的前期筹备工作的规划、组织以及具体实施。确保项目在筹建阶段,符合公司业务目标,满足商店运营标准。通过项目的精细化准备和交接,让负责项目管理的项目经理能够在充分准备的基础上,在项目现场开展项目管理工作,实现项目经理项目管理能力的最大化,资源配置最优化。

职位职责:
1. 根据各类型项目的业务目标及公司标准,前瞻性地编制、规划指定项目建设的进度、质量及成本控制的总体方案,确保项目开业后符合营运效率最大化及销售预期最大化的原则。
2. 在具备项目建设业务能力的前提下,根据新店、改造、扩建、搬迁和其他特殊项目的要求,负责每个项目在项目进场前的准备工作。通过进场条件评估、图纸审核与合理性修订,项目时间表编制等必要的工作程序及工具,确保每个项目在进场前得到充分、必要的准备。
3. 组织各团队在目标时间内完成改造项目方案及预算工作,并能完成编制汇报材料,英文汇报项目审批工作。
4. 通过项目现场巡查及项目关键点的执行,提供项目进场前的预进场报告,确保项目进场前的标准得到严格落实。
5. 根据公司的业务目标,整合、推进地产、商品、人员、市场等关键资源,并加以体现在项目规划建设方案中。通过可执行、可衡量的实施方案,为项目建设打下良好的开局基础。
6. 与设计经理、工程师、项目经理和建店经理等各团队进行有效交接,在项目实施过程以及项目开业后,持续跟踪项目实施的最终效果。
7. 持续跟踪年度项目的最新进展,与各相关部门保持及时联系与互动,确保各部门对于项目的前期准备处于同一步调,最大化地提高项目时间的灵活性,实现项目准时开业。
8. 持续推动部门业务工作流程优化,使部门业务流程成为符合进度、成本及质量要素的最优流程。
9. 根据工作需要安排出差,包括项目开业前的现场勘查及直接负责指定新店或改造项目的现场项目管理工作。
10. 项目结束后能高效完成项目整体复盘工作,通过复盘发现项目机会点,并能沟通协调资源避免后续项目发生同类问题,在团队之间进行有效分享。

任职要求:
-本科或以上学历
-英文书写表达熟练
-熟悉项目商超建设流程和营运程序与标准,具备较高的沟通与协调能力,较强的团队合作能力,良好的洞察力、统筹资源能力、判断力和分析能力,Excel、PPT熟悉操作,善于持续学习,能在压力下保持良好的工作状态
