该职位将向中国道德与合规部的产品安全、食品安全与供应商风险管理总监汇报,并需要与其他职能团队协作,推动不同业务模型/产品品类的变革。
该职位带领山姆会员店和沃尔玛大卖场的仓储和电商的食品安全管理,作为我们业务伙伴的沟通窗口,主导关键业务计划,推动合规标准和控制措施的标准化,并简化数据管理、自动化、项目、指标报告、预算编制和第三方管理的流程,展示其专业知识在多个领域间的灵活性。您将有机会推动创新,并为多元化项目和合作伙伴关系的成功做出贡献。
职责:
1. 带领山姆会员店和沃尔玛大卖场的仓储(包括仓储和分拨中心)和电商(包括最后一公里配送)的食品安全管理
2. 通过数据洞察推动问题识别与纠正:
• 分析来自不同食品安全项目和业务模式的数据和信息,识别常见问题和挑战。
• 通过详尽的报告,给出关键发现和建议改进措施。
• 与食品安全专家合作,在整个组织内复制成功的策略和经验教训。
3. 标准与控制:识别标准化的机会,将识别出的风险转化为标准和控制措施,并推动与业务伙伴的标准整合。确定并实施与采购、营运及其他相关职能相匹配的合规管控。与持续改进团队协作,建立适用的监控程序,以验证已实施的控制措施。
4. 作为内部/项目团队与业务伙伴(营运、采购、配送中心、商务发展……)之间的沟通窗口,支持新的业务计划,在整个项目生命周期中提供合规指引及替代解决方案。同时,推动其他跨部门项目的执行和交付。
5. 自动化/技术:识别自动化机会,并将其转化为明确的业务需求文档(BRD)。与技术团队协调优先级,确保按设计实施。
6. 标准化第三方服务流程并管理预算:
• 确定并实施审核、检测和虫害服务的标准化流程。
• 定期监控和评审核、检测和虫害活动的表现,以识别潜在风险并规避。
• 从诚信和质量角度,标准化第三方服务绩效评估。
7. 灵活扩展至更多合规领域:展现出愿意在不同领域扩展专业知识的意愿,例如端到端的合规管控项目/合规变革项目。持续学习并保持与行业趋势和发展的同步。迎接新挑战,并积极寻求提升技能的机会。
8. 提升沟通渠道和信息分享:建立团队的绩效指标(KPI)和报告。通过各种工具、平台或流程,以便在团队、部门以及组织各层级之间实现清晰和及时的沟通。主动寻求团队成员和利益相关者的反馈,以识别需要改进的领域,并实施必要的变革。
任职要求
1.本科学历及以上,相关领域的专业(如食品安全、食品工程等)英语可作为工作语言
2.10年左右工作经验,3年以上的流程优化经验,有六西格玛认证者优先考虑
3.能紧跟当前食品技术的发展,制定预防性的控制标准
4.在推动和管理跨职能项目方面有经验,并有成功交付项目的良好记录
5.出色的沟通和人际交往能力,能够与多样化的团队和利益相关者有效合作
6.有团队管理经验
7.积极主动,以结果为导向的思维模式,专注于推动持续改进。
8.能够在快节奏和动态环境中快速成长发展,同时管理多个项目
