职责描述:

·        根据品牌定位,顾客洞察,支持全渠道采销团队制定以顾客为中心的品类策略和落地赋能品类销售的市场推广方案,提升品类销售表现

·        负责制定重要节庆促销市场推广计划并负责落地执行,以增加门店到店客流和沃尔玛到家小程序UV,管理好预算,不断提出降本增效的建议并落地实现降本增效的目标

·        重点落实门店品类沟通整体规划制定和落地,提升品类销售和提升品类客单,打造高性价比单品(VALUE ITEM),提升VALUE PERCEPTION, 文案能力强,会讲故事

·        规划零售专刊/电子单张, 讲好品类和商品故事,提升品类销售

任职要求:

·        大学本科及以上学历。市场营销专业优先

·        5年以上市场营销工作经验,最好有零售业相关工作经验,如大润发,欧尚,宜家,盒马天猫或者京东超市市场部相关工作经验等

·        以顾客为中心,对零售和顾客充满热情。

·        踏实可信赖,注重细节,良好的洞察力,思维活跃、具备创新能力,能够不断地探索,测试新的营销方案

·        良好的统筹规划、沟通协调及项目管理能力, 以结果为导向,分析能力强,细心,关注细节,文案能力强

·        自驱力及抗压能力强,良好的学习能力及问题解决能力
