Job Description

The role is responsible for overseeing the customs clearance practices and process for cross board e-commerce items to effectively support Walmart China cross board e-commerce business, including developing customs clearance plan, managing customs clearance practices for CBEC items, and ensures all practices are fully alignment with the China law and regulations, trade compliance program. This position must provide customs clearance regulatory guidance, develop policies and deploy monitoring tools, advise on best practices to support effective program adherence and decision making.

及时跟进处理跨境电商清关中的异常情况,分析原因,提供解决方案,确保商品顺利完成清关。

全面监控跨境电商清关过程的合规性,确保CBEC合法、合规。

统筹管理海关对跨境电商清关业务的询问、质疑、稽核查,协调相关部门进行应对。

负责跨境电商清关数据的收集、整理、分析,通过优化流程,以提升跨境电商清关效率。

规范清关数据管理要求,定期向服务商收集清关数据,确保数据的完整性、及时性、可视性。

通过对清关数据的整理、分析,发现风险点和机会点,并提供给相关部门作为决策依据。

组织相关部门对清关数据中发现的风险点、机会点进行讨论,寻求解决方案,以降低风险并提升清关效率。

收集业务部门的诉求,结合实际情况对流程进行优化,以支持业务发展。

对服务商进行考核和甄选,确保其符合资质和服务质量沃尔玛的要求,并推动服务商持续提升服务质量。

制定服务商清关业务KPI记分表,并对服务商进行季度考核。

针对服务商考核中发现的机会点,督促服务商和业务部门完善操作指引,加强关键环节的控制与监督,开展相关培训,持续提升服务质量。

定期与相关海关沟通,及时了解跨境电商最新法律法规,跟进并回应海关相关问询。

及时向海关了解跨境电商最新法律法规,评估对现有业务的影响,并制定相应的行动方案,与业务共同推动,确保业务的合规性。

针对海关对于公司跨境电商业务的问询,内部收集信息与数据,与相关部门共同回顾,并回应海关。


任职资格:
  •  5年及以上从事跨境电商清关管理工作经营,对跨境电商法规要求及业务流程熟悉;
  • 具备商品归类知识;
  • 出色的诚信和合规理念;
  • 良好的人际沟通能力和项目管理能力;
  • 较强的风险管控意识和解决问题的能力;
  • 团队合作精神,能够承受较大的工作压力;
  • 逻辑性强,较好数据分析能力,熟练使用办公软件或其他数据工具;
  • 具备持续学习能力,能适应CBEC快节奏及频繁的政策变化给业务带来的改变;
  • 熟练的英语读写能力;
