Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Standards & Control: identify the standardization opportunities and transform the risks identified into standards and controls, and drives the standard integration with business partners. Define & implement appropriate control approaches in line with merchants, operations, and other relevant functions. Work with Continuous Improvement team on establishing the applicable monitoring program to verify the controls in place.
2. Drive issue identification & remediation through data insight: 
- Analyze data and information from various food safety and product safety programs and businesses to identify common issues and challenges. 
- Develop comprehensive reports highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement. 
- Collaborate with the Food Safety & Product Safety SMEs to replicate successful strategies and lessons learned.
3. Serve as the primary liaison (POC) between internal/project team and business partners (OPS, Merchant, DC, BD…) in supporting new business initiatives, provide compliance guidance and alternative solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Also drive the implementation and deliverables of other horizontal projects. 
4. Automation/tech: identify the automation opportunities and transform into clear BRD and drive prioritization alignment with tech team and ensure implementation as designed
5. Standardize the processes for 3rd party services and manage the budgeting 
-Define and implement standardized process of Auditing, Testing, and pest services.
-Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of auditing, testing & pest management to identify potential risks and mitigate them.
-Standardize the 3rd party performance evaluation from integrity & quality
6. Flexibility to extend to more compliance domains: Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to expand expertise across different domains, e.g. End-to-end compliance initiatives/regeneration project. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. Embrace new challenges and proactively seek opportunities to enhance your skillset.
7. Enhance communication channels & messages: Develop team metrics and reports. Implement tools, platforms, or processes that facilitate clear and timely communication across teams, departments, and levels of the organization. Proactively seek feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements
- Over 8 years of compliance management experience, with at least 5 years of experience in product safety or food safety compliance.
- 3+ years conducting process optimization within a cross-functional organization.
- Six-sigma certification is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a field related to science and engineering.
Excellent communication and English language skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in team project management, able to coordinate the implementation of process improvements, and drive the validation of effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset, focused on driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to learn quickly, business operations, standards and control understanding.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
