Job Description

职位目的
-快速解决门店照明、冷链设备、鲜食加工设备等用电气故障,减少营业中断风险;确保电气设备稳定运行,避免商品损耗;
-优化门店照明、空调、冷链系统等电气设备的能效,减少电费支出;制定电气巡检检查标准,减少故障率;通过预防性维护延长设备使用寿命,降低紧急维修或更换成本;
-协助老旧门店电气系统升级(如配电扩容、安全改造);协助处理门店消防电气检查例外,避免因违规导致的罚款或闭店风险。

岗位职责:
1.设备全生命周期管理
1.1 负责公司电气设备(配电系统、UPS、电机、照明系统等)的全生命周期管理,包括选型、安装、调试、维护及报废评估;
1.2 熟悉设备及配电施工要求及规范,对门店的用电及节能提供支持;
1.3 定期评估设备及系统的能耗,对设备的更新提供支持;

2. 维修策略优化
制定并优化电气设备的预防性维护(PM)、预测性维护(PDM)及故障维修策略,提升设备可靠性。

3.技术标准制定
3.1 编制电气设备维护技术标准、操作规程(SOP)及安全规范,确保符合国家及行业标准;
3.2 根据业务的发展,更新设备的标准;
3.3 供应商质保跟踪,提供服务评估反馈给到ISM
4. 故障分析与改进
主导重大电气设备故障的根因分析(RCA),提出改进措施并推动实施
5. 新技术应用与培训
引入智能监测、物联网(IoT)等先进技术,提升设备管理效率;组织内部技术培训。
6. 能耗与成本优化
分析电气设备能耗数据,制定节能降耗方案,降低运营成本。

任职要求:
1.  本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化或相关专业;
2.  5年以上电气设备管理或维修经验,有大型商业/工业设施管理经验者优先;
3.  精通电气设备原理及维修技术,熟悉PLC、变频器、智能配电系统;
4.  熟悉商超鲜食加工设备、展示设备、灯具等用电设备;
5.  良好的分析问题和解决问题能力;
6. 有良好的英文读写能力
