1.负责O2O履约的运营标准化工作,并推广标准化落地执行;
2.负责履约配送时效、效率相关工作的策略制定、优化与落地,持续提升履约能力和质量;
3.负责标准化的迭代和推广,包括作业标准、作业流程、骑士装备、安全管理、日常检查闭环等全链路标准化制定和改善;
4.运力供应商管理:供应商管理标准化方、供应商结构、供应商KPI等供应商运营策略管理;
5.基于数据分析,行业对标,输出分析与调研报告,为决策提供支持;
6.协同总部和区域团队,推动重点项目落地。

    
资历要求
1.5年以上即时物流运营或运力产品运营经验;
2.对运力策略,履约目标管理有丰富经验; 
3.对数据敏感,具备较强的数据分析和归纳总结能力;
4.具备较强的沟通能力和推动力,以及项目管理能力;
5.较强的数据分析能力,逻辑性强,熟练使用办公软件。
