负责山姆会员店,沃尔玛商超和配送仓等业态新建项目、改造项目的设计管理,包括以下主要职责:
1. 新建、改造项目方案可行性研究
2. 包含建筑主体与沃尔玛内部装修的项目全流程设计事项时间表拟定,追踪与风险控制
3. 设计质量把控,设计供应商管理与成本控制
4. 与物流需求,商品展示,营运效率和顾客体验结合的设计标准更新与技术创新,
5. 数字化文件管理

个人能力
1. 优秀的项目流程掌控能力与风险识别意识
2. 有创造精神,乐于打破常规,提出差异化解决方案
3. 富有好奇心,积极主动地学习零售业务知识,并善于沟通和总结,在设计方案中实现业务需求
4. 责任心强,目标导向,勇于承担跨界工作,有打破固有界限的勇气

任职要求
1. 建筑学或城市规划专业本科或以上
2. 设计院,零售,地产公司三年以上设计项目管理经验,负责过大型商业体,物流,工业园区项目的规划和设计管理
3. 熟知地产项目开发流程及设计规范,了解水暖电等相关专业,有预算和成本控制经验
4. 英语六级以上,良好的英文听说读写能力
5. 熟练运用AutoCAD、PPT等设计相关软件,表达能力强,擅于方案表述

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
