1. Develop sales & profit target/key performance metrics in line with divisional strategies and Omni-channel promotion/featuring.
2. Break down business goals into executable parts and formulate the KPI matrix.
3. Develop demand forecast on the item level incorporating pricing strategy, item life cycle, seasonality and key business leverages.
4. Effectively simulate the future category P&L to GP level, based on the item P&L capability.
5. Improve organizational effectiveness by optimizing and digitizing the IBP processes.
6. Lead the monthly-integrated business planning (IBP) cycle from the merchandising side; make sure the IBP is well synchronizing cross functionally, especially with supply chain, finance, Omni-channel.
7. Work closely with merchandising leaders to help generate insights through data analytics to cover comprehensive view of item, member and channel, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Finance, Commercial finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Information Management, Data Science
2. At least 3-5-year experience in planning & forecasting related position, commercial plan or commercial finance.
3. Strong critical thinking and reasoning skill be able to make data-driven decision.
4. Good understanding of P&L and cost structure be able to support merchandising team with multifaceted perspectives.
5. Solid knowledge in supply chain, especially on the replenishment and capacity management.
6. Excellent communication skill to work cross-functionally and deal with multiple stakeholders.
