岗位描述: 
1、负责全渠道供应链协同计划流程,协同采购/供应商输出销售计划,产能计划和商品供应计划,协同物流仓配资源,协同门店及线上渠道差异化需求,实现供需平衡;
 2、负责带领整个全渠道肉类/海鲜团队,负责补货策略制定,补货执行和监控,包括不限于供应链路优化,销售预测,补货执行, 库存管理,为商品的有货率和损耗率负责; 
3、从0到1负责肉类/海鲜品类全渠道补货工作流程以及跨部门协同流程搭建。 

任职要求: 
1、5年以上生鲜经验,了解生鲜品类全链路,深入了解肉类计划侧与运营侧易发生的各类痛点及解法,了解商品特性,有节假日和大促销售趋势分析洞察的能力; 
2、大型企业供应链计划,补货经验; 
3、有团队管理以及跨部门流程搭建能力; 
4、能够胜任较快的工作节奏。

About Walmart China
