岗位职责:
- 使用大数据集(外部和内部)开发模型和算法,用于制定城市门店布局策略,优化新店选址投资等地产相关问题,包括但不限于销售预测,多业态位置优化和同类竞争等;
- 积极探索并评估新数据源(大数据)的有效性和准确性,创造性的应用数据收集技术/外部数据采买解决商业问题;
- 设计全自动数据工作流体系结构,提高模型精度和适用度,为业务增长和提效提供数据驱动的战略业务解决方案;
- 其他利用公司数据推动业务解决方案的机会。

任职资格:
- 本科以上学历,统计学,数据,数据科学或其他相关学科优先;
- 5年以上数据分析或数据科学相关工作经验,深度理解机器学习/统计等领域的基础理论和前沿应用,对于应用机器学习解决商业问题具备丰富的经验;
- 善于分析问题和解决问题,能将复杂的业务问题进行量化拆解,并设计方案和推动执行;
- 工作自驱,热爱学习,擅长沟通,高度的责任心和团队合作精神;英语能力优者优先;
- 熟练使用Python, Sql, Alteryx等数据分析工具,具备开发模型和处理大型数据的能力;
- 熟练使用包括tableau在内的商业智能工具生成看板和报表;
