岗位职责

负责沃尔玛会员店,大卖场和配送仓等业态新建项目、改造项目的项目管理,包括以下主要职责:

1.     参与项目前期谈判,提供工程管理、报建流程等方面的专业意见,拟定工程计划与交付界面;

2.     跟进项目主体建筑的工程进展、相关批文等取得情况,保障项目主体按计划保质量完工交付;

3.     制定沃尔玛二次装修施工计划并实时追踪调整,现场施工管理;

4.     提高工程质量,控制项目成本,创新施工方案与技术;

5.     协助项目工程类证照办理;

个人能力

任职要求

1.     本科或以上 - 建筑、结构、工程管理、预算、电气、给排水及暖通等相关专业;一级建造师;

2.     8年以上项目管理经验,有零售业(外资优先)或大型(10万平方米以上)综合商业地产项目管理经验,可长期出差;

3.     具备良好的工程质量控制和工程预算知识,全面的项目规划和优秀的团队管理能力

4.     英语六级以上,良好的英文听说读写能力
