• 负责指定区域的具体拓展业务,包括:
o 根据公司战略需求,协助网络规划
o 勘察多商圈和点址,收集信息,积累备选项目
o 对备选项目进行筛选排序,展开多线任务
o 与业主进行商业条款和场地规划谈判,为公司赢得性价比高的地产合同条款
o 进行内部协调,整理撰写地产开发项目建议书,并呈报给投资委员会审批
o 根据公司标准和进度要求,适时完成多项目签约、交场直至顺利开业
• 除选址、签约外,职能范围还将覆盖资产管理等
任职要求
• 本科或以上学历,经济类、管理类专业优先,英文作为工作语言
• 2年左右相关工作经验,行业相关资源积累及工程、法务、财务等综合质素基础具备,前置仓开发经验优先
• 持续的自我驱动力,追求卓越并拥有企业家精神
• 出色的谈判和沟通能力,具有相应判断力和节奏控制力
• 抗压且高效,较强的执行力和韧性,适应多线程、快节奏的工作方式
• 能够不断学习和接受新的挑战
• 善于进行团队协作,熟悉外企工作流程者为佳
• 熟练掌握MS Office Word, Excel和PowerPoint技能,具备一定的书面英语能力

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
