Job Description

岗位职责:
1、深入理解业务,利用专家经验、数据和情报信息及时感知和识别业务风险,并通过行为特征分析制定风控策略方案;
2、推进风控策略体系的优化与迭代,评估策略应用效果与收益,不断提高风险识别效率和准确率;
3、负责业务风险监控体系的搭建,持续监控风险态势,通过及时、准确的数据解读定位问题,联动业务、产研快速解决问题;
4、负责风险问题与案件管理体系建设,制定完整的风险上报、核查处置和反馈标准流程,妥善解决风险案件,完善风控客诉与申诉机制;
5、与业务方建立紧密的沟通与合作关系,提供专业的风控咨询及业务风控解决方案。
6、定期完成业务域风险复盘、开展风控专项等工作;
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历;具备3年以上风控工作经验,有零售电商领域风控经验优先;
2、逻辑性强,具有敏锐的洞察力、数据敏感力及分析能力,熟悉使用SQL等至少一种数据分析语言或工具;
3、具备较强的情报收集和分析能力,通过线上、线下获取的碎片化信息挖掘出有价值的情报;
4、基本了解风控产品运作机制、系统结构;
5、富有团队合作精神与良好的跨团队沟通协作能力,具有较强的应变能力;
