Job Description

1. 全渠道品类策略规划与执行 • 对线上及线下业务数据进行系统性的分析,生成顾客洞察及品类趋势研判 • 制定及执行品类在线上及线下不同渠道的采销策略 
2. 全渠道选品规划与商品开发 • 确立品类在线上及线下的商品结构和布局,制定并执行全渠道的选品策略 • 分析商品组合在不同渠道的业绩表现,识别商品创新和大单品打造的机会点 • 推动自有品牌的开发及创新,以及定制化商品的发展 
3. 全渠道价格及促销管理 • 确定线上及线下的定价策略、促销范围和选品,制定及实施全渠道的促销计划 • 协商全渠道的促销资源支持,并协调促销库存 
4. 空间规划 • 规划商品在线下门店的陈列方案; • 规划所负责品类在线上渠道的场景搭建及露出 
5. 全渠道品类运营 • 根据线上及线下的品类策略和商品策略,维护商品池; • 通过持续的品类日常运营工作(含日常档期规划,大促等),充分利用线下门店的陈列空间以及线上资源位完成关键业务目标 
6. 供应商管理 • 建立健康的供应商结构,维护有效的供应商基础和活跃度 
7. 全渠道品类绩效管理 • 定义并持续回顾商品在线上及线下渠道的关键业绩指标,挖掘品类增长点,提升品类在全渠道的业绩表现

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club. Walmart now has been operating over 400 retail units covering more than 170 cities nationwide; as well as running 22 distribution centers.
