职位描述:
山姆采购部管培生项目是为山姆采购部储备未来核心人才而设立,管培生将进行岗位培训、跨部门学习体验、系统化领导力培训等,参与全渠道零售、产品策略、财务决策、多样化商业项目、开发新产品等业务,通过快速发展通道,在2-3年内成为部门的核心人才,并有机会发展至更高职位,成为未来企业家。

岗位职责:
1.制定全渠道品类策略。
通过会员洞察,商品和品类趋势研判,进行品类规划,以驱动品类在线上线下取得成功
2.进行单品采销和产品开发。
通过对消费者以及市场竞争格局的理解,管理产品生命周期,进行商品迭代,落实大单品采销方案,实现不同渠道对产品的期望,促进业绩增长。
3.有效的供应商管理。
通过供应商布局规划和管理,供应商战略合作,供应商谈判等确保新产品、独家产品、促销计划和库存得到供应商的保证
4.开展品类业绩管理。
运用数据分析和商业敏感度,解读财务以及市场数据,研究市场采销业务模式,识别影响业务的关键指标,制定并落实不同渠道下的品类业绩提升方案

任职要求:
1.2025应届或毕业1年内学生,供应链/国际贸易/商科等专业优先,出色的英文水平;
2.在校期间积极参与组织或协调校园或社会活动,有零售相关实习或兼职经验优先;
3.对于零售行业充满热忱,有零售行业实习经验优先;
4.出色的分析能力,适应能力和沟通能力,且以会员为核心。
