Job Description

职责描述: 1. 负责制定和完善公司综合虫害管理的政策、程序,有效推动实施,降低营运单位等的虫害风险,减少损失,提升食品安全。 2. 完善营运单位的虫害管理评估和虫害服务供应商表现的评估,并确保报告进行充分沟通,识别关键例外,并沟通影响营运团队和服务团队,推动实施改进方案而不断持续改善虫害防治水平。 3. 与各相关部门沟通虫害合同规范和预算费用,并达成一致;参加供应商筛选,协助选择合适的供应商进行合作。 4. 管理虫害服务商的服务表现,包含服务人员准入、服务流程规范、服务人员考核、服务水平提升等。 5. 通过审核管理合同条款的责任义务的贯彻,与合作的服务商保持密切配合,确保隐患识别和报告、虫害监测、处理等实施;与门店和DC营运以及区域合规团队密切合,确保营运政策流程的充分沟通和执行,降低虫害风险。 6. 支持大卖场、山姆会员店(含云仓)、DC和办公室的日常虫害管理工作,包括与营运、供应商、区域团队以及相关部门、人员的现场交流和沟通;组织各方进行紧急服务的处理和跟进,以保证及时地改善虫害状况。 7. 开发和迭代虫害管理数据系统,实施例外推送和闭环、Dashboard等,通过数据系统实现虫害管理可视化,监控和跟进虫害表现、例外闭环、虫害服务水平和升级应对。 8. 通过现场巡店、数据分析、调查等方式监控相关各方的虫害管理表现,进行良好的沟通,促使不断改进。 9. 负责虫害管理的培训,含拟定培训计划、开发培训材料、协调培训安排、回顾培训效果等。 10. 跟进上级安排的其他任务。 任职资格: 1.5年以上总部虫害统筹管理的工作经验。 2. 系统专业的综合害虫管理素养和工作经验,熟悉HACCP,GMP,GAP等体系者优先,具备虫害知识、防治技能,建筑结构,服务合同管理和业务管理等专业知识。 3. 熟悉卫生防害方面的政府法规条款。 4. 良好的项目管理技能。 5. 出色的沟通技巧和管理水平。 6. 生物学,昆虫学,环境科学,环境健康或其他相关专业优先。
