Demo Manager是山姆促销员管理的重要岗位,对为会员展示商品,推广商品和这个过程中的会员体验起到至关重要的作用。
职责描述:
1、品牌方促销员管理:管理山姆会员店里的品牌方促销员,制定相关流程和规则,跟进执行情况。
2、品牌收费项目:计划安排和结果管理,并在过程中不断优化项目的流程和系统。 
3、数据可视化项目:通过数据可视化项目(Demo看板)不断提高demo管理的效率。
4、第三方促销员/品牌促销员/路演/Event的协调。
5、上级安排的其他与demo相关的工作。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上,商业/市场营销相关优先
2、3年以上快速消费品行业或零售行业促销员管理经验
3、有消费品商品推广经验
4、有项目搭建经验优先
5、有良好的思维能力,沟通协调能力与项目搭建管理能力;
6、极强的主动性,主动思考解决方案并积极沟通
7、对销售和商品有激情
