岗位职责: 1.全面负责补货手工出单系统的日常运行维护工作; 对业务部门提出的相关需求进行正确配置; 2.负责与科技部其他部门关于手工出单系统需求的沟通和协调; 能够对识别相关工作中可自动化的节点,与科技部提出相关需求进行推动相关工具自动化; 3.负责与出单系统相关的Macro的维护,及时处理各类异常问题;利用PO Macro对公司相关项目,进行订单变更的支持; 4.协助业务部门梳理业务流程,推动科技部对相关补货系统的开发与推广运营; 5.完成上级交办的其它流程优化的工作或者提升效率的自动化工作。 岗位要求: 1.本科、研究生以上学历,计算机,数学 ,供应链,财务、统计等专业优先; 2.三年以上零售业从业经验,有流程制定,项目管理经验者优先: 3.熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件,熟悉sql,Macro,VBA等数据软件,会Physon者优先; 4.较强的自学能力、逻辑思维能力,具有良好的沟通协调能力,态度认真且关注细节; 5.良好的抗压能力和和团队精神。
