Job Description

职位目的 在公司业务目标及部门项目管理目标的指导下,根据高级经理制定的年度项目安排,与项目成员共同合作,管理新店、改造、扩建、搬迁和其他特殊项目指定区域的进度、质量和相关成本。协调和整合各部门资源,完成项目建设任务,确保项目进度及公司标准得到准确的落实,以支持商场营运效率最大化和销售预期最大化。 工作职责: 1. 根据新店、改造、扩建、搬迁和其他特殊项目的工作流程及工作标准做好项目管理,跟进落实新店培训计划,把控培训效果,按时按质完成建店工作并做好开业筹备和项目移交工作。 2. 根据建店计划与相关部门沟通,确认跟进商品资源、市场资源、业主资源、政府支持及其他各类资源的建店配合。 3. 建店期间根据现场实际情况审核营运及各相关部门提交的项目变更需求(如工程变更、平面图变更、陈列图变更等)和费用增加需求(如自用品、人力成本等),实现合理控制项目建设成本(CAPEX)和费用成本(OPEX) 4. 跟进处理建店期间的例外并做好记录,供各责任部门参阅并制定改进方案。 5. 熟悉营运工作流程,对改造方案的可实施性提出合理建议,完成改造阶段性计划(包括替代生产计划和替代陈列计划),以提供项目预算和项目招标的合理依据,并跟进后续实施。 6. 掌握设备设施和工程专业知识以合理编制改造计划。 7. 分析把握项目管理中各阶段优先级,使同时多项目管理有序推进。 8. 随时掌握数字、AI发展趋势,在日常工作中发现效能提升、质量保证、成本控制的机会点并跟进落实 任职要求 1.大专或以上学历; 2.在零售业态营运部门担任副总及以上职位两年以上;有建店经验者优先; 3.熟悉营运程序与标准,良好的沟通与协调能力、项目管理能力;能在压力下保持良好的工作状态; 4.良好的书面及口头表达能力; 5..能够适应项目需要长期出差。
