1. 通过政府、国有企业和开发商等多种渠道在指定城市进行资源合作
2. 负责与业主进行商业条款和场地规划谈判
3. 对内与设计、工程、法务、财务及其它涉及会员店拓展工作的团队紧密合作
4. 撰写项审批报告并准备上报投决会的相关材料
5. 对项目开业前的整个周期负责,涉及租赁协议的签订、施工、开业筹备等
任职要求
1. 具有商业、房地产、金融、经济或相关领域的学历
2. 具备8-12年相关工作经验,在房地产行业(如开发商、经纪人)或零售相关业务担当开发职能(如地产、租赁业务)
3. 丰富的商务谈判和沟通经验

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club. Walmart now has been operating over 400 retail units covering more than 170 cities nationwide; as well as running 22 distribution centers.
