Seeking highly skilled and experienced compliance program manager to review and develop end-to-end compliance programs for new business areas, by ensuring business practices adhere to the relevant laws, regulations and policies. This role will oversee development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as work closely with cross functional teams to mitigate compliance risks. Key Responsibilities: o Review and analysis of existing compliance practices, polices, and procedures. o Identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. o Develop and implement robust compliance programs with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. o Integrate changes into existing subject matter areas and business practices. o Collaborate cross functionally to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into the business processes. o Monitor effectiveness for new programs and reinforce strengthening where needed. o Foster culture of compliance throughout the organization by promoting ethical behavior and integrity. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in compliance or internal audit roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on stakeholder management, general business knowledge, cross functional collaboration, and compliance. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills.
