Job Description

职责描述:
1、负责制定对应品类在沃尔玛大卖场的自营渠道/平台渠道的品类规划策略,对该品类的核心指标负责;
2、结合规划节奏及细分品类角色定位,输出全套品类运营方案,包括但不限于年度/月度节点打造、爆品打造、场景包装、整合营销等,并最终提升沃尔玛电商渠道的用户体验;
3、结合市场行情和行业竞争对手的商品策略、促销策略、营销策略、推广策略组合分析研究,提出应对措施;
4、与对接团队做好跨部门沟通,跟进每档期品类活动的规划和落地,同时配合好整体平台活动运营的规划;
5、可以精准提炼梳理品类相关的数据,并对结果负责。
任职要求:
1、全日制统招本科以上学历,至少3年及以上电商品类运营工作经验,有新零售背景优先;
2、精通各种运营玩法, 有过成功的品类运营案例;
3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识,分析问题及解决问题能力强,具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力;
4、有优秀的英语沟通能力优先考虑。
