Responsibilities 1 Anti-corruption program support 50% 1.1 Gain thorough understanding of WM anti-corruption policy and related procedures and standards released by Global Anti-Corruption department and implement the requirements of the policy, procedures and standards smoothly. 1.2 Perform regular risk assessment in market across business units and business activities. 1.3 Develop in-market SOPs against anti-corruption procedures, Giving Procedures and controls which should be embedded into corresponding business processes 1.4 Conduct appropriate anti-corruption due diligence in according with anti-corruption related procedures 1.5 Develop and upgrade the in-market A/C procedures guides of identification and processing flow for business units’ use on regular basis. In particular, continuously explore the simplification opportunity via system automation. Overall risk-vs-control consideration is one of focuses. Enhance the data visibility and analytics 1.6 Execute and process transactions in line with anti-corruption procedures, Giving Procedures and other applicable anti-corruption guidance. Work with multiple stakeholders to drive end to end enhancement. 1.7 Leverage and train in-team resources to support the various transaction processing where necessary. Accumulate the knowledge by developing a repository of knowledge library. 1.8 Develop measurement of processing effectiveness and efficiency of anti-corruption procedures, Giving Procedures and applicable anti-corruption guidance, and track and validate the measures regularly 1.9 Assist the head of market A/C team to develop practical guide/SOPs for market specific activities or practices 1.10 Assist business unit to develop business due diligence template. Support Global A/C initiatives landed in market if needed. 1.11 Cooperate with monitoring review or audit, own the corresponding findings, develop Management Action Plan (“MAP”) and implement timely 2 Will serve as project manager of any Project assigned 30% 2.1 Assist business unit to develop business due diligence template 2.2 Develop attributes to appropriately monitor media transactions. 2.3 Create good communications with business stakeholders, participate the critical meetings and act as the A/C one contact window for them. 2.4 Participate the key business initiatives to ensure business stakeholders receive the A/C requirements and support from beginning. 2.5 Liaison with A/C SMEs for specific issues to ensure the business units receive timely and professional support. 2.6 Serves as A/C Project manager in audit, internal projects, etc.to support, coordinate and drive progresses 3 Compliance Building Block Expert (Training and awareness, standards and controls) 20% 3.1 Coordinate and drive all the A/C training and communication needs. 3.2 Frequently connect with Market and Global A/C Training associate, Standard& Controls and data expert to develop and update appropriate training materials and tools 3.3 Participate A/C program related risks review, as well as legal risk, business risks analysis and assessment. 3.4 Consolidate all RBUs’ target audiences, compile and support Market A/C training associate to obtain Global approvals for training materials, push the training implementation progress. 3.5 Develop and circulate Standard& Controls methodologies, tools and templates for anti-corruption procedures, Giving Procedures and any applicable anti-corruption guidance. Requirements 1. Education • Bachler or above degree. 2. Professional Certificate • Legal related certificate (BAR) • Certificates from compliance or forensic accounting, audit, etc (CFE, CPA, etc). 3. Qualifications • Excellent level English (written and verbal). • Strong sense of business and commercial activities; logical and analytical minds; advanced knowledge of process and control methodology. • General understanding of China government operation system and NGOs. • Familiar with training and workflow systems and good command of MS Office, specifically Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. 4. Experience • 6-10 years of professional experiences in reputable organizations, preferably MNCs. • Project Management experience • Law firm or relevant consulting firms practices are preferred • Additional in-house expertise to review donations requests is a good plus • Experiences relevant to internal controls and training are a good plus to the role. 5. Others Strong mindsets of ownership, knowledgeable, influencing, result-driven, team player.
