X-PLUS 山姆线上专享是山姆会员店业务的重要组成部分 ,同属于是山姆采购团队,具体品类包括如家居/电器/宠物用品等非食品品类。 

职责: 
1.负责为会员引进和更新优质和高会员价值的好商品。 
2.熟悉行业趋势,在了解会员店商业模式的基础上,通过回顾市场数据、竞争对手、会员调查、利用供应商资源、参加行业展会等方式,监控和识别成本构成和趋势,来评估品类表现和制定品类发展战略,以满足会员需求。对新产品的定价、补货、包装、陈列、上市速度等做出合理判断和决策。 
3.了解和实现商品驱动的商业模式,制定和执行商品具体采买计划,与营运、物流、市场部和其他相关部门合作商品开发、会员营销项目、标签和新店计划落地。在执行计划时,回顾和分析销售报告来监控和识别商机并做出决定,实现在销售、利润和库存控制的财务预算。 
4.在产品开发上,采购应在整个过程中从原材料、生产和质量控制以及成本控制变化等方面进行全面了解。全面了解市场趋势,并运用于产品开发。 
5.在新店计划上,根据会员制的业态打造合适的陈列布局,管控整体销售,库存,营销的流程。 
6.为会员实现价值最大化。优化成本结构,进行有效的供应商资源管理,并定期回顾销售计划和绩效考核,来确保山姆得到供应商在质量、生产、按时交货、库存上的保证。提供合适的解决方案,并在出现问题时做出决策。 
7.从节约运营成本出发,持续监控线上专供业务的销售和供应链,发现问题根源,简化工作,提高工作效率。
