高级合规经理负责沃尔玛或者山姆门店所在区域的合规项目监控。其职责是领导团队执行监控、发现并推动对合规流程和程序的例外点、推动改进措施,以降低风险、提高效率并提升总体合规表现。他们必须具备出色的分析、解决问题和影响力,以及对法律和监管要求的深刻理解。他/她要和区域管理层建立良好的合作关系。他/她涵盖的合规领域包括但不限于:食品安全、产品安全、健康与安全、消费者保护、反洗钱、反垄断、隐私和数据合规、贸易合 规、负责任采购、劳动与就业、道德。

1.1 根据 CI 团队对门店及供应链端的监控计划,制定和实施所负责区域内的监控活动,以发现不合规领域(例外)  
1.2 监控和分析现有合规程序流程(从流程和程序、培训和认识到执行),并确定需要改进的领域。 
1.3 进行根本原因分析,制定和推动纠正计划和举措,并评估纠正方案的有效性以持续改进。 
1.4 通过各部门报告数据以及现场的抽查,了解分析业务涉及合规风险,进行数据监管,并帮助业务部门推进改进计划。  1.5 监控合规绩效并有效使用数据,定期向高级管理层提供见解报告。 
2 业务协作 Business Collaborate 30% 
2.1 与业务利益相关者合作,制定和实施支持组织目标的计划。 
2.2 与区域领导人合作,确定合规操作流程、消除合规执行中低效的方法,使门店合规工作简单高效。 
2.3 清楚了解本区域内的合规状况,需要改进的例外及所涉及的小区、门店情况。带领团队深入了解所辖小区及门店的 细节,以提升每个门店的合规表现,并促成 2.1 和 2.2 目标的达成。 
2.4 深度参加区域业务会议,了解营运和其他业务部门的关注重点,分享持续提升团队的发现和拉齐纠正措施。 
3 沟通与培训 Communication and training 10% 
3.1 举办培训课程,向员工介绍最新的合规流程和标准以及执行技巧。赋能业务部门在日常工作中实现有效的合规操作。 
3.2 通过在整个组织中推广理念、表彰最佳实践和成功案例,培养持续改进的文化和诚信文化。树立一次做对的观念 
4 团队管理 Team Management 20% 
4.1 合理分配团队资源,通过设定绩效目标、提供反馈和指导来管理员工团队,以提高绩效。 
4.2 为员工制定并执行发展计划,以提高技能和能力。
4.3 管理人才获取流程,包括寻找、面试和新员工入职。

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
