· 负责沃尔玛大卖场全渠道相关业务分析和策略支持,包括但不仅限于品类及商品规划、流量价值、用户留存、渠道运营、效率管理等,通过分析洞察提供策略建议,与业务部门紧密合作推动策略落地,影响生意决策和业务结果。

· 该岗位直面公司和业务管理层,有机会利用自己的经验和分析结论影响业务运营方向和决策;并有机会参与公司级战略项目,通过商业数据分析影响战略方案制定和落地,取得具有创新意义的重大突破。



1. 高层管理者们的智囊团,结合市场信息、行业经验、实际经营情况提供专项分析和决策支持。

2. 根据公司战略目标和经营策略,合理制定业务目标,监控和复盘达成情况,持续完善目标管理方法和经营计划流程闭环。

3. 深入了解零售行业及公司业务发展现状,以提升商品力为目标,进行深度分析,挖掘行业机会,支持品类和商品规划以及运营策略制定,并通过复盘持续指引策略迭代。

4. 深度参与电商业务,是EC运营团队的最佳合作伙伴。负责电商经营指标管理体系的构建,进行持续监控和诊断,定位问题,并与业务团队共创形成解决方案,迭代业务策略和运营动作,推动业务目标达成。

5. 参与跨部门项目,负责跨部门协作,提供分析支持,推动项目进程。

6. 沉淀业务分析方法论,协同产研团队持续完善经营数据和自动化诊断产品,赋能业务数字化转型,提高经营分析和数据化运营效率。

能力需求

· >=5年数据分析或业务分析经验;

· >=2年电子商务工作经验优先

· 具备一定的商业sense;

· 强大的逻辑思维和数据分析能力;

· 优秀的表达、沟通和协同能力;

· 快速适应新环境、团队合作精神、自我激励、学习意愿;


技能需求

· 必须:Office 软件(Excel内置函数、PPT)、SQL;BI工具、Python as a plus

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
