岗位职责
负责指定区域的具体拓展业务,包括:
1. 根据公司战略需求,协助网络规划
2. 勘察多商圈和点址,收集信息,积累备选项目
3. 对备选项目进行筛选排序,展开多线任务
4. 与业主进行商业条款和场地规划谈判,为公司赢得最佳地产合同条款
5. 进行内部协调,整理撰写地产开发项目建议书,并呈报给投资委员会审批
6. 根据公司标准和进度要求,适时完成多项目签约、交场直至顺利开业
除选址、签约外,职能范围还将覆盖资产管理等
任职要求
1. 流利的英语书面及口头表达能力
2. 具有商业、房地产、金融、经济或相关领域的学历
3. 具备5-10年相关工作经验,在房地产行业(如开发商、经纪人)或零售相关业务担当开发职能(如地产、租赁业务)

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club. Walmart now has been operating over 400 retail units covering more than 170 cities nationwide; as well as running 22 distribution centers.
