职位目的: 凭借自身在电气专业领域的资深经历和丰富经验,对公司所有新建及改造项目进行电气专业的设计管理、设计决策和技术把关,确保商场符合国家相关规范及公司最新标准,为顾客和会员创造安全舒适的购物环境。致力于环保设备和技术的研究及应用,帮助公司实现可持续发展目标。制订、更新并落实专业的电气设计标准,有效控制工程成本及降低开业后的营运成本。 职责描述: 1. 作为电气行业专家对项目设计进行探讨和决策,对疑难技术问题进行判断和解决,并对所有项目设计质量进行把关,提供专业技术支持。 2. 管理所有业态新店及改造建设中各阶段电气专业设计工作,按计划跟进主体及装修设计全过程。包括: 1) 项目的专业技术可行性评估以及合同阶段工程技术的专业谈判。 2) 向业主提供电气专业设计资料,监管业主主体设计过程,确保业主保质保量完成施工图纸。 3) 电气设计方案的制订及设计任务书编制。 4) 监管二次装修设计专业内容,确保图纸质量及标准执行。 5) 招投标答疑和现场技术交底工作。 6) 审核电气专业设计变更,解决现场技术问题。 7) 工程竣工后完成项目巡查并提交巡店报告,检查标准的落实情况。 3. 新设备、新材料和新技术的考察及分析,提交可行性报告。 4. 致力于环保设备及技术在沃尔玛的开发及在项目上的深入推进,帮助公司实现 可持续发展战略目标。 5. 收集、整理和研究与沃尔玛设计相关的最新电气相关国家规范,建立规范信息 库并实时进行更新。 6. 编制、维护和修订电气专业设计、技术规范及标准详图,定期进行更新与维 护,跟踪实施情况。 7. 维护和修订相关的工作流程,监管实施情况。 任职要求 1. 本科或以上,建筑电气或电气自动化专业 2. 8 年以上电气专业设计或工程管理经验,其中至少 5年以上零售行业的设计管理经验。 3.具有丰富的电气专业设计知识和相关的项目管理能力,一定的建筑、结构、给排水、暖通和消防专业设计知识; 4.熟悉国家与建筑相关的各项政策和法规; 5.具备一定的英文读写能力,较强的文字能力, 6.具备良好的沟通、协调组织及不断学习的能力;处理事情认真细致,责任感强,执行能力强且具备良好的团队合作精神,有一定的领导力,性情乐观、进取,承压能力强。
