职位目的: 负责跟踪、管理和监督持续改进团队中监控和改善状态。通过数据发现问题并提供改进建议。 -监控面向非设施的合规性计划,以识别异常、推动改善并评估改善效果。 -负责总体业态层级监控结果及改善计划的跟踪,并定期向高级管理层及国际部汇报。所涉及的合规领域为 (但不仅限于): 食品安全、产品安全、健康与保健、消费者保护、反洗钱、反垄断、隐私及数据合规、贸易合规、责任采购、劳动与雇佣、证照、道德合规等。 岗位职责 1.监督与改善 (50%) -根据公司合规政策,制定和实施合规非门店端的监督方案和计划,以发现不合规情况(例外) -监控和分析现有合规程序流程(从流程和程序、培训和认识到执行),并确定需要改进的领域。 -进行根本原因分析,制定和推动改进计划和举措,并评估改进方案的有效性以持续改进。 -监控跨业态层级合规绩效并有效使用数据,定期向高级管理层提供见解报告。 2.业务支持 (30%) -支持团队负责人, 与合规各领域专家密切合作,拉齐监管要求、风险评估, 及时监控结果和改进情况,以推动 道德合规部的 合规项目的的持续提升。 -跟踪整体监测发现和补救,与整个组织的利益相关者(包括团队负责门店及数据监控和的同事)密切合作,确保补救计划及时执行和关闭。验证改进计划的有效性。 -参加业务会议,了解营运和其他业务部门的关注重点,分享合规工作成果和重点 -定期向国际部汇报中国持续提升团队的监控计划和改进状况。 3.沟通与培训(20%) -举办培训课程,向非门店端(如: 支持中心、电商、数据、会籍等) 的员工介绍最新的合规流程和标准以及执行技巧。赋能业务部门在日常工作中实现有效的合规操作。 -通过在整个组织中推广理念、表彰最佳实践和成功案例,培养持续改进的文化和诚信文化。树立一次做对的观念 任职要求 -大学本科以上学历,有 PMP,精益认证者优先 - 良好的数据分析能力。 - 良好的项目管理技能,能够在整个项目管理周期中独立管理跨职能流程优化项目,即启 动、规划、执行、关闭和监控。 - 能够发现问题,诊断并提出解决问题的解决方案,然后密切监控解决方案的效率和有效 性。 - 较强的沟通、谈判和影响能力。 - 良好的英语沟通能力。能够独立向全球团队报告。 - 出色的报告/PPT 技能。 - 能够在压力下工作,并在紧迫的截止日期前完成任务。 - 具备 8 年以上工作经验;有合规、商超营运、内审经验者优先 - 具备商超零售及电商行业经验 -能够接受出差并具备承受一定的承压能力
