Job Description


1. 负责云仓网点规划,熟悉云仓所在城市的整体布局、会员分布、销售表现等,能够利用相关工具对预选址做出详细分析;

2. 跨部门推动各新仓项目落地实施,包括位置分析、项目风险评估、工程施工、拣货动线规划、开业前的上下游联动,如商品、订货、推广、系统配置、运营与配送等全链路保障云仓如期开业;

3. 根据业务发展定期复盘,不断优化选址标准、工程标准、设备设施、运营物料与开业相关的流程机会点;

4. 对云仓的各项KPI负责,包括拓展新仓、推动云仓销售、以及帮助提升云仓有货率与准时履约率等满足会员体验的相关工作。


1. 本科或以上学历,具有三年以上多项目管理经验或O2O运营经验者优先;

2. 熟悉零售运营、物流规划、选址分析等思路方法;

3. 高度一线责任感和主人翁意识,优秀的组织推动、项目管理和解决问题的能力;

4. 工作认真负责,执行力强,且能够接受出差;

5. 熟悉新店建设相关法律法规。
