? 依据新业态营运标准和会员服务的相关政策和需求,制定适合于Urban门店运营标准的政策流程,以给门店提供规范化标准化的流程和操作指引。

? 在公司各项政策程序/营运标准的指引下,给店各岗位同事提供简单高效且专业的培训材料,以确保店内新入职同事的岗位技能培训。

? 宣导公司文化,依据公司的战略发展及相关政策,传播和推广公司文化,提供良好的新业态会员服务。

支持并协助Urban Ops管理层,结合山姆和大卖场的政策流程制定编写适用于Urban新业态门店的前台/后区/电商/市场部相关的政策流程、业务模式、开业和运营新标准等操作指引;

支持新业态城市和门店各岗位的培训需求,为店内前台/后区/电商/市场部相关岗位定制专业的培训资料;

对接支持中心与Urban门店相关的营运产品和项目标准,参与测试/推广,确保新产品/项目的培训和落地;

跟进并帮助推动共性问题的解决,包括但不限于项目执行、业务分析、最佳实践整合等,确保新业态内的业务执行和工作重点的一致性 

通过现场巡视,审阅报告,监督相关标准的执行,确保高质量的会员服务和顺畅运作。

协助部门总监,对一线门店提供充分支持,配合新业态的工作重点,确保各城市门店执行的一致性和高效性

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
