Job Description

岗位职责:

1. 根据品类战略规划和年度目标,支持采购经理开展各项工作以更好地服务会员,实现经营目标;

2. 立足于会员需求和体验,支持采购经理分析市场动态、开展市调以分析竞对,发现和解决业务痛点;

3. 依照流程建立供应商和商品文档,执行相关变更及状态维护,对重要文件和资料进行整理归档

4. 支持采购经理操盘品类业绩,使用采购数据系统,提取和分析业绩数据,协助采购制定商品引进和促销等计划

5. 推动和跟踪供应商按时按质完成相关事宜,例如送货、陈列、促销、售后及店内支持等;协调内部跨部门与供应商沟通,确保问题处理的方案跟进到位;

6. 根据新店开业时间协调、处理和跟踪供应商送货、促销员进场、供应商设备入场、门店执行支持等事宜

7. 在采购经理休假或出差期间跟进执行采购制定的计划,保证各项工作的正常进行

任职要求:

1. 本科或以上学历,2年或以上零售管理、数据分析、项目管理或管理咨询相关工作经验优先考虑

2. 具备用户思维,热爱研究购物者,热衷于打造差异化商品或服务;

3. 有韧性、抗压力强、吃苦耐劳,能承担高强度工作;

4. 有良好的数据分析能力、沟通能力适应能力,能进行多任务处理及有效管理时间;

5. 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力;
