Job Description

职位要求

1  负责进口商品的清关申报工作,协调内外部相关人员沟通(如物流、采购、合规、海关、报关行等),确保清关工作顺利进行

-负责进口商品海关 HS 编码确认和准入判断,及时跟进货物清关安排及进度跟踪,保证货物及时通关。

-全面监控清关过程的完整性,监控申报流程和资料符合清关需求,及时跟进处理清关中的异常情况,并提供应对解决方案,确保合法合规。

-根据业务需求,办理相关进口资质文件,如进口许可证等。

-审核各类进口商品的清关申报要素、报关单、税款、准入许可文件,并规范向海关申报的要求。

-确定进口商品可分货状态,及时通知相关部门配送到店销售。

-有效维护进口清关各类数据,如清关跟踪表,HC trackerSAP 系统数据维护以及报关文件存档等。

-及时向海关申请出具检验检疫证书,确保货物及时配送到店销售。

-根据中国海关的各项规定及要求,正确高效地处理特殊业务操作(如退运及退税、销毁、估价、交 保放行等)。

2  规范完善数据收集,加强异常管理,提升端到端业务流程

-规范完善数据记录,异常订单分析整理,及时分享并寻找机会点以优化清关流程。

-更新、维护、分享清关相关信息以及 KPI 数据,并制作所需报告,确保信息的可视性和及时性。

-规范供应商的申报要求,减少申报差错率,提高通关效率与准确率。

3  熟悉国家法律法规和相关标准和进口货物准入要求,并为业务伙伴及供应商提供专业指引或培训

-清楚了解各种进口商品的准入清关要求,并能为相关方提供准确的清关指引

-对进口商品在日常操作、销售环节遇到的问题提供处理意见及支持。

-有针对性的为业务伙伴、供应商提供培训,从而提高清关效率和准确性。

4   根据专业知识与经验,主导或参与团队或跨部门项目

-在工作中不断回顾并优化工作流程和系统,提高团队工作效率。

-协助上级跟进海关稽查、通关自查、AEO 认证申请与维护等事宜。

-定期对供应商的 KPI 表现进行回顾,给予清关行为的合规指引,推动供应商提升计划

-配合公司业务发展,全面了解不同口岸海关的申报要求,支持多口岸进口。



资历要求

Education教育

Bachelor degree or above本科及以上

Bachelor’s degree in Trade, legal or compliance related field is preferred. 国际贸易、法律学士学位或合规相关的领域更佳。

Qualifications资质

-熟悉关务相关的国家法律法规,有丰富的报关实务经验。

-有优秀的人际关系和沟通技巧,善于和政府及海关等职能部门沟通。

-良好的英语沟通能力,书面和口语。

-坚定的个人工作道德和高水平的职业道德操守。

-工作细致,有良好的行政和组织能力;

-良好的服务意识和团队合作精神;

-积极肯干,能承受工作压力。
