Job Description

Job Purpose
Design and implement on-line learning programs and training courses according platform  which is to strengthen the competency and capability of the talents and associates to master the basic skills on job training, leadership learning, achieve business results.
Key Responsibilities 
Work with team members to design, develop and deliver online learning map and courses to learners;
Collaborate with functional teams to release of related courses online;
Strengthen operating of online platform (including business facilitator, content and platform management) through effective stakeholder management;
Develop and achieve  KPI of online learning and learning report for learning efficiency to  targeted stakeholders;
Cooperate with Tec. & international group team to provide online learning solutions.
Manage vendor for daily operation , trouble handling and cost payment. etc.
Qualifications

Passionate for people development with curiosity to learn more and learn fast
About  3 years of experience in online learning
Experience in work with vendor for project management
Strong design and operation skills for on-line learning
Good communication skills
Good at planning & execution
