岗位描述:

1.       负责供应链仓储服务类跨业态的合同条款维护和适配,包括定期回顾条款风险、业务适配性、收集使用部门建议、完成和法律部沟通及审核,确保合同条款符合业务需求且能够覆盖风险;

2.       作为业务部门Stakeholder,搭建使用部门/业务和采购之间的沟通桥梁,推动完成仓储服务相关的需求调研和价格谈判;

3.       剖析业务形态和特性,结合资源,输出对公司最有利的商务合作模式和策略建议,并推动落地;

4.       跟进合同的申请、审批、盖章、归档等,并按月回顾合同的执行情况,对超期超支风险及时提出预警,并能够分析问题和跟进解决;

5.       合作服务商服务表现和风险等综合管理、横向评比,建立服务商的表现记录池,和使用部门沟通并协助解决服务商的重大表现问题;

6.       维护合同清单和数字化合同管理工具;

7.       协助合规内审等相关部门完成服务商的审计和背调等。


1.       有国内物流仓储从业经验,大客户经理和解决方案经验优先;

2.       熟悉和了解仓储服务的基本流程,能够基于业务输出适配的合同条款、具备良好精准的书写能力;

3.       有第三方物流服务商的管理经验,熟悉仓储服务成本结构,能对服务单价进行科学分析和判断;

4.       了解国内仓储主要服务商资源,有敏锐的市场分析能力;

5.       对商务合作模式有良好见解和优质经验;

6.       逻辑清晰,有良好的沟通谈判能力。
