Job Description

职位目的:

在中国市场有效规划和实施加工间的卫生设计和管理,评估各运营单位的布局、设备设施、工器具及自用品食品安全状况,完善相应标准及准入流程,和业务团队一起推动实施,降低各营运单位的卫生设计方面风险,实现公司的食品安全战略和计划。


工作职责

1.       负责制定和完善公司卫生设计的政策、标准、程序,有效推动实施,降低营运单位等的卫生设计风险,从根源上解决问题,提升食品安全。

7.       通过现场巡店、数据分析、调查等方式监控各运营单位卫生设计表现,进行良好的沟通,促使不断改进

8.       负责卫生设计的培训,含拟定培训计划、开发培训材料、协调培训安排、回顾培训效果等

9.       跟进新业务项目的开发,评估新业务的食品安全风险,提供食品安全支持。

10. 跟进上级安排的其他任务。


任职要求
1.本科毕业,食品科学,营养,食品科技,生物学,化学等相关专业的学位。
2. 至少5年食品行业工作经验,中国零售企业或餐饮企业食品安全管理方面的工作经验优先考虑。
3.   食品加工、餐饮服务、食品配送,食品零售运营,服务合同管理,业务管理相关的知识
