Job Description


Responsible for the sales target of their own business format
According to the overall B2B sales task of Walmart China, set up the task of the region and time dimension.
Allocate and disassemble sales targets, and supervise effectively to achieve the overall sales target
Have in-depth understanding of Walmart sales related processes, products, etc.
Responsible for the B2B strategy/PNL and key project;
Responsible for the strategy of B2B in Sam’s business in China, deep dive and clear road map on welfare market, need apply best practice to all club through effective and productive mechanism 
Responsible for BMMR incentive design and review, drive behavior and results to right direction which map with Strategy, BMMR training ,standardize labor model and work flow in filed
Responsible for B2B PNL, optimize PNL model, improve visibility of SI, stick to GP&SI target

Responsible for B2C, to build smooth process to transit potential AM members 
Cross function leadership to deliver system solution for member and filed
Focus on key cross function team: MDSE/supply chain/B2B Fins to upgrade system/product of order, inventory and delivery 
Support filed to effectively resolve operational pain points
Compliance, delivery and service management
Deeply understand and fully practice Walmart's corporate culture and values
Cooperate with commodity, logistics, IT, finance, tax, legal and other related departments to complete enterprise services
Follow up the service situation of enterprise customers, and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the service level of Walmart enterprise

Bachelor degree or above
• Strong leadership, able to lead a large national sales team to complete sales tasks
• Strong strategic thinking and market acumen
• Strong understanding of the retail industry or sales to business area
• Quick learning ability, strong initiative, dare to challenge and innovate, creative problem solving
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills, able to deal with complex internal and external communication environment
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong self-drive and self-management ability
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service

• At least 5 years working experience and at least 3 years sales management experience
• Retail, enterprise service, Internet and other related industry experience
• Familiar with sales team management, sales target decomposition, corporate customer maintenance and management, incentive policy setting and other sales management work• 
• Rich sales experience with corporate accounts is preferred• 

• Successful complex sales management experience• 
• Management experience of sales team with more than 100 people is preferred• 

• MBA, marketing or related major is preferred• MBA、
