Job Description

职位目的: 在公司发展目标及资产保护部策略的指引下,通过安全运营管理、应急(危机)管理、损失管理(全面损失管理)、程序检查和诚信调查等方面工作为公司规避风险、改善利润、保护公司的有形资产和无形资产,从而保障商场持续健康的发展。 职责: 1. 根据公司及部门策略制定的目标制定具体的行动计划,推动并跟进计划的执行,确保目标得以实现。 2. 损失管理职责:定期评估区域内外盗及帐面损耗状况,指引商场及时做好损耗控制工作。定期关注区域内的鲜食毛利、商品破损、库存状态,指引商场做好相应的控制。定期指引商场回顾各项费用,节省运作成本,提出合理建议,从而达到降低损耗、控制成本、节省费用改善利润的目的。(线上/业务) 3. 风险管理职责:定期评估及防范区域内各营运单位的运营风险。指导区域内的消防安全管理工作,督促各营运单位对安全政策/程序的执行,从而保障安全的工作及购物环境。 4. 程序检查:定期组织对各营运单位的程序政策检查,保障各营运单位运作的合规合法性。 5. 诚信调查:定期回顾区域诚信环境,组织本区域针对内部员工及供应商的诚信培训和宣传。同时培训及指引商场及各采购办公室领域的诚信调查。以达到保障公司诚信的经商环境,维护公司高的诚信标准。 6. 负责区域内特殊重大案件的内部调查。 7. 协助总部各专业组完善相应的公司程序、政策及体系。 8. 协调处理本区域重大突发事件。指引各单位采取应急措施,防止事态进一步扩散和恶化。及时客观反映事实,提出合理化建议,为公司准确的决策提供有力依据。 9. 传播和执行公司文化,通过利用各种资源帮助团队的发展,提高团队敬业度,降低离职率。 10. 与营运、采购、人力资源、市场部、政府事务部等相关部门建立良好的合作关系,充分利用各种资源,以达到降低风险,提高利润的目的,保障商业持续健康的发展。 11. 针对公司内部重要来宾,制定及执行安全保卫计划,保障要员行程安全。

About Walmart China

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club.
