工作职责:
- 负责沃尔玛大卖场和山姆会员店商品采销领域的相关分析和策略支持,定括但不限于:品类/商品策略与洞察,商品组合/渠道策略、价格与促销分析,成本管理分析等;通过数据分析为业务部门、管理层提供策略建议,影响生意决策和业务结果
- 持续沉淀业务分析方法论,推动分析能力建设,协同业务团队、科技部门,持续地通过看板、自动化工具的搭建和优化,帮助业务部门实现数字驱动的策略和生意决策
- 支持公司层面/跨部门重点项目,作为业务团队和管理层可信赖的智囊,提供分析支持,推动重要的决策和项目进程
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 5年及以上商业分析工作经验,零售/电商/消费品工作经验优先
- 踏实、严谨的工作风格,出色的团队协作 和人际沟通能力;具备multi- tasking 以及满足tight deadline的能力和相关工作经历
- 具备拆解复杂的商业问题,转为化proposal的能力;擅长结构化思维、拥有解决问题的热情和提出务实、可落地方案的能力
- 对商品/新消费/新零售有热情;有强烈的好奇心和探索欲,出色的学习能力,愿意持续学习新知识、新方法、持续探索行业趋势和最佳实践

China is a market with a vast number of opportunities. We are fully confident about the prospects of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. Walmart entered the Chinese market and opened its first Walmart store and Sam’s Club in Shenzhen in 1996.

Currently, Walmart operates different formats and banners in China including Walmart store and Sam’s Club. Walmart now has been operating over 400 retail units covering more than 170 cities nationwide; as well as running 22 distribution centers.
