Major Responsibility
⚫ Provide proactive solutions on Total Rewards Enablement approaches to HRBP team and
business leaders on regular basis . F or example but not limited to Total Rewards
Newsletters, Total Rewards guidebook , Total Rewards Awareness Training , TR related
diagnose report s , TR model and etc., SCOPE: project framework layout, program design,
communication and delivery /landing
⚫ Annual compensation events management, which including but not only limited to:
Annual Merit, MIP and LTI (i.e.: policy review/timeline/communication/budget/system
configuration/UAT/Guidance/Toolkit design/result calibration/coaching/Analysis)
⚫ In charge of Total Rewards Branding promotion strategy and implementation by figuring
out different internal resources
⚫ Regularize all cross function collaboration process and provides guideline to GBS TR
supporting team
⚫ Ad hoc supporting to HRBP team on project basis
Requirements
⚫ Bachelor degree is a must
⚫ 8 years’ working experiences in HR function, at least with 3 years & above compensation
& benefit design experience as COE, consultant experience in consulting firm would be
preferred
⚫ Familiar with Microsoft, especially PowerPoint
⚫ Strong project management skills with time manner
⚫ Self motivated with good communication skills
⚫ Fast learner, can work under pressure
⚫ Fluent in both English and Chinese
