Essential Functions/Skills:
• Minimum have experience on 5 SAP HCM full-cycle implementations
• Good understanding of SAP HR business processes in PA, OM, T&A modules in SAP HR.
• Must have worked on implementation projects.
• Must have hands-on experience in SAP HCM Configurations such as Info groups, Organizational Management, Features, Dynamic Actions, HCM Process & Forms, SAP Workflows, LSMW, idoc / ALE Integrations with 3rd party systems.
• Must have strong SAP HR functional skills.
• Manage the team of Functional associates, Scrum masters and contractors focused on delivering and maintaining products for the Human resources domain.
• Work with solution architects and help define business processes and system architecture
• Support the team in ensuring that the Incidents, production bugs are resolved within the given SLA
• Ensure that RCA is done and the systems (HRO) are stabilized
• Ensure compliance with security practices/guidelines and relevant technology standards
• Experience and worked on HR Interfaces such as IDOC / ALE / ABAP proxy / SFTP / Webservice / SF ODATA API / MFT and so on….
• Good experience in SAP and the cross-function relationship between other SAP Systems/Modules.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP Transport layers, SAP roles and Authorizations IDOCs and interfaces and the different kinds of Transport Request and SAP best practices in handling transports
• Must have good experience in SAP ESS/MSS modules of HR
• Must have good knowledge on configuring and customizing various HCM Modules i.e. Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, ESS/MSS
